Private Sessions

I am passionate about assisting women of all ages and backgrounds with their ongoing journey of self-expression, creativity, and personal growth. Together we'll explore both the aspects of your personality with which you identify and also the parts of you that are more unknown, mysterious, troublesome, or on the margins of your awareness—while always staying close to your intuition and inner feedback. I primarily work with adult women, and in some cases, teens and girls. I strive to give my clients both the support and guidance they need to navigate through the many challenges of life as well as a more loving, non-shaming, and meaningful view of themselves and their experiences.

 

I particularly enjoy learning about my clients' unique natures, struggles, and joys; unfolding and expanding their sense of identity, voice, and personal power; navigating the terrain of their intimate relationships whether newfound or long-term; and helping them individuate from their personal history and familial patterns.

I also enjoy working with artists and creatives of all kinds, following and supporting the natural ebbs and flows, peaks and valleys of their creative process.

As a feminist who focuses on issues of intersectionality, I also keep my eye on how social and global forces of oppression such as sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, homophobia, and violence to the earth and animals may be affecting you, holding you back, or causing you harm. 

Furthermore, I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person)—with an affinity for working with fellow HSPs—who understands and supports the unique experiences and challenges you face to "be" in the world.
