Process Work shows the roundness of the universe. It shows that if we have the courage to follow [ourselves], we discover new worlds.

Private Sessions

I am passionate about assisting women of all ages and backgrounds with their ongoing journey of self-expression, personal growth, and empowerment. Together we'll explore both the aspects of your personality with which you identify and also the parts of you that are more unknown, mysterious, troublesome, or on the margins of your awareness—while always staying close to your intuition and inner feedback. I strive to give my clients both the support and guidance they need to navigate through the many challenges of life as well as a more loving, non-shaming, uplifting, and meaningful view of themselves and their experiences.

I want to get to know your unique nature, struggles, and joys. I will help unfold and expand your sense of identity, voice, and personal power while supporting you to strive towards achieving goals and reaching for your biggest dreams. I will also help you navigate the terrain of your intimate relationships whether newfound or long-term and help you individuate from your personal history and familial patterns.

As a feminist who focuses on issues of intersectionality, I also keep my eye on how social and global forces of oppression such as sexism, racism, anti-Semitism, and homophobia may be affecting you, holding you back, or causing you harm.

If you identify as an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person), you can rest assured that I am an HSP, too, who intimately understands the unique experiences and challenges you face to "be" in the world.

Lastly, I enjoy working with artists and creatives of all kinds, following and supporting the natural ebbs and flows, peaks and valleys of the creative process.

My specialty areas include:

  • Personal growth and goal setting

  • Empowerment and voice

  • Internalized sexism

  • Inner criticism

  • Emotional intimacy in romantic relationship

  • Relationship difficulties and conflict

  • Being an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) in the world

  • Nighttime dreams

  • Breaking free from personal history and familial patterns

  • Creativity

I also work with:

  • Life transitions (school, work, relationship, relocation, finances, etc.)

  • Death, loss, grief, and guilt

  • Jealousy

  • Depression and anxiety

  • Abuse and trauma

  • Body symptoms, chronic and acute illness

  • Addictions, addictive tendencies, and eating habits

Please note: I do not have sufficient training or experience working with women who have at any point been hospitalized for or diagnosed with bipolar and related disorders, schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders, or borderline, narcissistic, or other personality disorders and therefore am not able to take these cases.
