Meet Lisa
I am originally from New Hampshire and graduated in 1997 from Middlebury College in Vermont, with a B.A. in sociology-anthropology and studio art.
I began studying Process Work in Portland, Oregon informally in 2002. In 2009, I graduated from both the four-year Master of Arts in Process Work program and the Diploma Program. My final paper titled All of the Apple is Me: Process Work & Acting, An Exploration & Practical Guide explores the relationship between acting and Process Work, specifically how I have used Process Work methods and techniques in my training as an actor and in my personal development.
In addition to my life-long love of learning and self-growth, I am passionate about the arts. I love acting, knitting, weaving, collage, painting, B&W photography, and designing clothes. I am also an avid dreamer of both nighttime and daytime dreams. I spend as much time as I can staying close to the "dream stream" with my best friend and partner, David. Together we explore what Stephen and Ondrea Levine call the "yoga of relationship."
After living in Portland for eleven years, it became clear that a big change was ahead. Santa Fe, New Mexico called out to us as our new home and launching pad for the next chapter in our lives. Although our dear friends in the beautiful city of Portland will always hold a special place in our hearts, we are excited to embark on this new adventure and feel deeply grateful and humbled to join the thriving community of Santa Fe.
