Classes & Workshops

Together with my partner, David Bedrick, J.D., Certified Process Work Diplomate, we are available for lectures, weekend workshops, and shortened series of classes on various areas of Process Work including relationships, dreams and dreaming, bodywork/dreambody, roles and role theory, and introduction to Process Work.  We also offer a unique approach to conflict facilitation for groups and organizations.

We are currently developing an exciting new orientation towards relationship work that is based on the concept of regular fitness or exercises classes. The Total Relationship Workout™ is an all-new approach to “toning” and "strengthening" all aspects of relationships including: communication, sex, money, personal history, long-term myth, etc. We believe that relationships, just like our bodies, need regular miniature workouts to keep them running at optimal levels of fulfillment, joy, and intimacy.

We will also be investigating the intersection between acting and nighttime dreams in a method we call Drama Dreamwork. We are excited to dive in to the world of dreams in an easy, creative, and fun atmosphere.
